Derived from the award-winning Spectrum Band, Spectrum Society performs an eclectic blend of music from a wide variety of musical genres, including Big Band and Swing, Jazz, Country, Pop, Blues, Reggae, Latin, and R&B, all performed by some of St. Louis’ most talented musicians.
Over the course of 27 years and over 1000 performances, Spectrum Band has amassed a deep and diverse songbook. Performing as Spectrum Society allows us to take a deep dive into our catalog to explore our musical passion for Jazz and Swing music, as well as songs from other genres that we love to perform.
Spectrum Society features multiple formats based on the size of group that you are looking for. Whether you are looking for a solo entertainer, a smaller instrumental ensemble, or a group with vocals ranging from a trio to our full 9-piece big band, Spectrum Society has you covered!
Spectrum Society is a great choice for cocktail parties, wedding receptions, private events, corporate events, wineries, and public concerts that call for an eclectic blend of live music performed by some of St. Louis’ best musicians for both dancing and listening audiences.
